• Simplifying the cluttered navigation and maintenance issues of the former University of Calgary Formula SAE site with an innovative design that streamlines content updates eliminating the need for programming knowledge of the administrators. Extra emphasis was drawn to sponsorship activites and the overall site was made visually coherent with a timeless quality. Our company logo was awarded a prominent decal placement upon the carbon fiber body of the race car itself! Marketing coolness factor was 100% awesome.
• Replacing Co-op Japan’s previously cumbersome paper based system with a custom built online solution which successfully coordinates the application process of one of Canada’s most popular internship programs and which currently serves over 30+ university liasons and 50+ students on an ongoing basis.
• Building and deploying Flockingducks, a social network that keeps socialites up to date with friends and their ever changing contact information. The project utilized sophisticated client side technology to bring a unique user experience augmented by the distinct visual look and feel. Distributed databases and optimization techniques were implemented to support the growing traffic of users and the system was engineered for scalability and localization. We received numerous accolades for its overall implementation.
